Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for supporting Peaceable by Jolene! Each item we offer is thoughtfully sourced, handmade, or upcycled with care. We stand by the uniqueness and quality of our products, and we want you to feel good about your purchase. We only offer store credit or exchange due to fit only.

 

What You Can Return

We accept returns on a case-by-case basis. Please notify us within 3 days of delivery and return within 5 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it (unworn, unused, unwashed)

  • With original tags (if applicable)

  • Returned in its original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase

To request a return, email us at peaceablecp@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

What Can’t Be Returned

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Pre-loved and upcycled items unless they are significantly not as described we take great care to describe items properly with measurements so please double check your measurements when placing order.

  • Personal care and beauty products (e.g., balms, soaps, oils) for hygiene and safety reasons

  • Custom or altered items

Please reach out if something arrives damaged or you received the wrong item—customer satisfaction matters to us!

 

Refunds

  • If your return is approved, we’ll process your in store credit within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless we made a mistake with your order.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges due to the one-of-a-kind nature of many items. If you’d like a different item, you can return the original (if eligible) and use credit towards placing a new order.

All in store credit must be used within 30 days of date issued.

 

Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We’re not responsible for items lost in transit.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note: Processing times may be extended during peak seasons or due to unforeseen delays.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

 

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external shipping factors.

 

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the following locations:

  • Domestic: All 50 U.S. states

  • International: YESSSS!!!

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the link provided in the email or through our website.

 

Shipping Carriers

We partner with reliable shipping providers including:

  • USPS / UPS / FedEx 

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Peaceable by Jolene is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated time frame, please contact us at peaceablecp@gmail.com with your order number and any relevant information. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue.
